At Tech Summit, we aim to provide our attendees with the best possible experience. Please read the following policy regarding refunds carefully, as we have a no refunds policy for our event.

  1. No Refunds: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to, illness, travel delays, or scheduling conflicts.
  2. Substitution: If you are unable to attend Tech Summit and wish to substitute another person in your place, you may do so by contacting us via email at least 7 days prior to the event date. There will be no additional charge for the substitution.
  3. Cancellation by Tech Summit: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel Tech Summit, we will provide a full refund of your registration fee within 30 days of the cancellation.
  4. No-shows: If you do not show up to Tech Summit, you will not be eligible for a refund.
