Most frequent questions and answers

The ticket includes both days of the event. It is not possible to get a ticket for just one day. However, you can transfer your ticket before the event to someone else.

Tickets are not available for purchase at the door and should be purchased in advance.

Smart casual or business casual are most common.

Day 1 – 8AM – 5PM

Day 2 – 8.30AM – 4:00PM

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs (HMRC) and many other jurisdictions allows you to deduct the costs of attending a conference if you do not receive reimbursement from an employer and it relates to a profession. 

You can arrive at 8:00AM. Registration opens from 8:00AM on day 1.

At some events there are complimentary light refreshments, provided throughout the day free of charge. Different ticket type may have extra options, so please choose one that suits your requirements.

Ticket prices increase periodically but will remain available as long as the max capacity of people hasn’t been reached. Registration closes on the day prior to the event.

You will receive a confirmation email after purchasing your ticket.

We’ll email you fortnightly or weekly leading up to the event. You’ll get speaker, content and event-specific information.

Yes, all of our venues are compliant with local disability acts including the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you would like to make us aware of something specific, please contact us directly.

Event badges can be picked up at registration on Day 1 of the event.

We have a limited amount of discounted student tickets please contact us for more details.

The speakers can choose to share copies of their slides directly on an individual basis, however, it is down to the speakers’ discretion.

Tickets are transferable to another person for up to 14 days before the event starts.
