1. Ticket Purchase Required: We can only issue invitation letters to international attendees who have purchased either an All Access Pass or an Executive Pass.
2. Visa Application Process: After purchasing your qualifying pass, please reach out to our support team to request your invitation letter. Ensure that your visa application process aligns with the timing of your pass purchase.
Please note that all ticket sales are final, and we are unable to offer refunds in the event of visa refusal.

United KingdomOfficial information about applying for a visa can be found on the Home Office website. The visa application process can take several months, so we encourage attendees to apply for visas as early as possible.
- Invitation letters will only be issued to Attendees or Presenters who have registered for the full conference. We are unable to process requests for registrants attending for one day or, for pre and post-conference workshops as a stand-alone option.
- You must request the letter after registration. Email your request, we are unable to process letters until you have tickets to the event.
- Only a PDF invitation letter will be emailed to the attendee.
- Original invitation letters cannot be mailed.
- The invitation letter does not financially obligate Tech Summit in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the Tech Summit Conference & Expo are the sole responsibility of the attendee.
- Tech Summit is not authorised to assist with the visa process beyond providing an invitation letter.

Invitation letters will only be issued to attendees or presenters who have registered for the full conference. We are unable to process requests for registrants attending for one day or, for pre and post-conference workshops as a stand-alone option.
You must request the letter by contact form or email your request, we are usually able to process these inquiries within 2 business days. Please do not request this prior to purchasing a ticket as this is only available for confirmed conference attendees with All-Access or Executive Passes.

- Application Timing: You can apply for your visa up to six months before your planned trip.
Ensure your application aligns with your intended travel dates, and allow sufficient time for processing.

Visa requirements for attending Tech Summit vary depending on your nationality:
- Visa-Free Entry: Singaporean passport holders enjoy visa-free access to many countries, including those in Europe under the Schengen Agreement, for short stays (usually up to 90 days). Please confirm if a visa is required based on your nationality and the destination country.
- Application Timing: For countries where a visa is required, applications can typically be made up to three to six months before your trip. Apply early to avoid delays.
- Supporting Documents: If a visa is needed, ensure you have all required documents, including proof of your Tech Summit ticket purchase and any invitation letter required for your application.
